Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items, personalized jewelry, and gift cards are non-returnable. Sale items are also non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

 

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items missing parts not due to our error.

 

Exchanges

Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping a Return: To return your product, you should mail your product to: 281 T Johnson Rd, Carthage, NC 28327. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
